Important P&Z Meeting Monday
Attention….if you own property on Pine Street you will want to attend the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting Monday July 6th at 1:30 p.m. P&Z will be discussing and possibly recommending to the City Council to rezone property and apply the “Pine Street Corridor Overlay District” to properties on Pine Street from North 6th to I-20.
If you are in the Child Care Business you might want to attend because P&Z will hold a hearing and possibly change the Zoning Ordinance regarding Child Care Centers.
P&Z will also discuss and possibly change the Zoning Ordinance regarding Parking of Commercial Vehicles.
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets Monday July 6th at 155 Walnut in the City Council Chambers in City Hall. They begin at 1:30. The above items will have a public hearing so you will be allowed to speak and tell the commission your thoughts about each of the items.
