The Abilene City Council met for about five minutes this morning (7-22-10) and approved four items on the consent agenda. None of the items were discussed since no council member and no citizen requested discussion. The Abilene City Council spent over an hour Thursday morning discussing tow truck services in the city of Abilene. They were trying to get information about the business in an attempt to see if an ordinance change is necessary.
